What our managers are asked every day about shipping cargo from China to Uzbekistan.
01How does the delivery process work?
Your suppliers deliver the goods to our warehouse in Guangzhou or Yiwu. On intake we check quantity and packaging, consolidate cargo from several suppliers into one batch where needed, prepare the documents and dispatch the truck. The cargo enters Uzbekistan via Kashgar, we handle customs clearance, and hand over in Tashkent.
02How long does delivery take?
It depends on the tariff: Express 8–12 days, Standard 14–18 days, Economy 20–30 days. The clock runs from the moment cargo leaves our warehouse in China until handover in Tashkent.
03Is there a minimum volume?
We work in the B2B segment: groupage cargo and full trucks. We do not handle small parcels for private individuals. The minimum volume for groupage depends on the goods and how regularly you ship — tell a manager your volume and you get an answer straight away.
04How is the price calculated?
From the volume-to-weight ratio, the chosen tariff, the goods classification, whether consolidation is needed and how regularly you ship. There is no fixed price list — every shipment is quoted individually. Customs clearance and cargo insurance are included in all three tariffs and are not billed separately.
05Can I track my cargo in real time?
Yes. In the @SAF_LOGISTICS_PARTNER_BOT Telegram mini-app every shipment is listed with its invoice number, volume, weight and price, and a progress bar shows which stage of the Yiwu / Guangzhou → Kashgar → Uzbekistan route it has reached. The position on the map is approximate and follows the route stage — it is not a GPS tracker. On top of that your dedicated manager reports every status change.
06What makes SAF different from other freight forwarders?
Three things. First, two warehouses of our own in China — Guangzhou and Yiwu — so the cargo passes through our hands rather than an intermediary's. Second, customs clearance and insurance are in the price, so no surprise invoices appear en route. Third, the digital cabinet: your shipments, their stages and your bonus balance live in a Telegram mini-app.
07What are SAF Tokens and how do they work?
They are our loyalty programme. Every completed shipment — groupage or full truck — credits SAF tokens to your account automatically. Tokens are exchanged for free express delivery (5,000 SAF), free cargo insurance (5,000 SAF) or a discount on your next shipment (1,000 SAF for $100, 100,000 SAF for $10,000). As your shipment count grows, your tier rises from Bronze to Platinum. The balance is visible in @SAF_LOGISTICS_PARTNER_BOT.
08What about a full truck or a large volume?
A full truckload (FTL) is our core service. The truck is loaded with your cargo only, is not reloaded en route and does not wait for other clients' goods, which is why the transit time is the shortest. For clients who ship regularly, the schedule and price are agreed separately.
