Frequently asked questions
These are the questions our managers field every day, collected in one place. If your answer is not here, call us and we will answer directly.
Three things worth knowing before you start
First, we run one corridor only: China → Uzbekistan, by road. We do not take enquiries for other lanes or other modes.
Second, we are a B2B operation — full truckloads and large consignments. We do not handle small private parcels.
Third, customs clearance and cargo insurance are included on all three tariffs. They are not separately sold extras.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does delivery take?
- It depends on the tariff: Express 8–12 days, Standard 14–18 days, Economy 20–30 days. The clock runs from our Guangzhou warehouse to handover in Tashkent.
- How is the price calculated?
- From the volume-to-weight ratio, the chosen tariff, the commodity, whether consolidation is required, and how regularly you ship. There is no rate card — every shipment is quoted individually.
- Who handles customs clearance?
- We do. We assemble the document set, check it and file the declaration. This is included on all three tariffs.
- Is the cargo insured?
- Yes, every shipment is insured and it is included in the rate. We do not move cargo uninsured.
- Is the cargo transshipped in transit?
- No. It is loaded in Guangzhou and unloaded in Tashkent — between those points it never moves onto another vehicle.
- Can you combine shipments from several suppliers?
- Yes. Your suppliers deliver to our Guangzhou warehouse and we consolidate there.
- Can I track my cargo?
- Yes. Your dedicated manager reports status changes and will give you the current position whenever you ask.
- Can you check a supplier in China?
- Our Guangzhou office verifies quantity and packaging on receipt and sends a report. A full supplier audit is arranged separately.
- Is there a contract?
- Yes. Transit time, price, insurance terms and each party's liability are recorded in the contract.
- How do I start?
- Call us or leave a request through the form on the home page. Give the commodity, approximate volume and the deadline you need, and a manager returns a quote and a departure date.
