Cargo insurance

We do not move cargo uninsured. This is not an add-on and it is not sold separately — it is a base part of all three tariffs.

Why cover is mandatory here

Over a 7,000-kilometre route the risk is never zero. The probability is low, but if the event happens the loss equals the client's entire consignment. Leaving that risk with the client does not fit how we work.

So we do not offer insurance as an optional extra — it is priced in from the start.

How the cargo is actually protected

Insurance is the last line of defence, not the first. The first is the inspection when we take delivery in Guangzhou: quantity, packaging condition and the visible state of the goods are documented.

The second is the absence of transshipment. A large share of damage happens during handling, and there is none in our scheme.

The third is monitoring and fast reaction to deviations. When something goes wrong we know the same day, not several days later.

What the contract commits to

Cover terms, the claims process and each party's liability are written into the contract. We do not operate on verbal understandings.

The specific terms are shaped by the commodity and its value — a manager will walk you through them for your consignment.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay separately for insurance?
No. It is included in the rate and applies on all three tariffs.
How much of the cargo value is covered?
The level of cover depends on the commodity and the declared value. Exact terms are set in the contract.
What do I do if damage is found?
Tell your dedicated manager immediately. We handle the documentation and the steps that follow.
Are there special terms for high-value cargo?
High-value consignments are agreed separately. Declare the value in advance.
