SAF is a company built on one promise: on time. That is not a slogan but the operating model — we measure ourselves in days saved for the client, not tonnes moved.
What we do not do
Company pages usually open with everything the company can do. We open with the opposite, because the specialisation is the point.
We do not cover dozens of countries. We do not do air or rail freight. We do not carry small private parcels. And we do not dispatch cargo without insurance.
Everything else — road freight from China to Uzbekistan — is our daily work, and we know it in depth.
Our own warehouses in China
Many forwarders operate in China through a local intermediary. It is cheaper and it costs you control: nobody actually looks at the cargo, and a problem surfaces only after it has reached Uzbekistan.
Our offices and warehouses in China — in Guangzhou and Yiwu — are our own. Our staff receive the cargo, inspect it, consolidate it and supervise loading. When something goes wrong it is resolved in China, not 7,000 kilometres later.
Numbers and history
We have worked the China–Uzbekistan corridor since 2019, delivering more than 500 shipments on time over that period.
The founder is Farrukh Mashanpin, who directly runs the Guangzhou office — meaning the process owner on the Chinese side is the head of the company.
The registered name is SAF EXPRESS LOGISTICS MChJ. The office is in Tashkent at 209 Abu Sulaymon Banokatiy Street.
