Express delivery: 8–12 days
Express does not simply mean faster. It means your cargo is first in every queue: first to load, first at the border, first through clearance. The transit time is written into the contract.
Where the speed actually comes from
The truck does not drive faster — the time is won by removing queues. An express shipment does not wait for a full truckload to accumulate; the departure date is fixed in advance and the vehicle leaves on that date.
Customs paperwork is prepared while the cargo is already moving, so the file is complete by the time it reaches the border. That stage normally consumes the most days, and we run it in parallel with the road.
Who it pays off for
Express costs more than Standard, but it is an investment rather than an expense. If a consignment is worth 50,000 dollars at a 25% margin, every extra turn returns 12,500 dollars. Cutting the cycle from 18 days to 10 means several extra turns a year.
For seasonal goods the arithmetic is starker: a consignment that misses the start of the season usually gets discounted, and the discount eats the entire margin.
What the Express tariff includes
Priority loading, accelerated customs clearance, a dedicated personal manager, 24/7 monitoring and a guaranteed transit time. Cargo insurance and door-to-door delivery are included exactly as they are on the other tariffs.
A guaranteed transit time means the date goes into the contract and we answer for it rather than looking for an explanation.
Frequently asked questions
- What do the 8–12 days measure?
- From the day the cargo leaves our Guangzhou warehouse to the day it is handed to you in Tashkent, customs clearance included.
- What happens if the transit time is missed?
- The commitment is recorded in the contract, and if there is a delay we answer on the terms set out there.
- How much more is Express than Standard?
- The gap depends on volume, commodity and how regularly you ship. A manager will price it against your actual consignment.
- Is insurance included on Express too?
- Yes. Insurance is included on all three tariffs at no extra charge.
